Something needs to be done about the RESOLVE TREE!!!
We all know that PBE's content is extremely susceptible to change and that nothing is final. But, Riot's plans for this pre-season are clear, damage damage damage KABOOM BOOM BEAM BAM!! For an entire season we've been receiving increased damage in items and masteries. I believe it's time this got addressed. Your new Resolve keystone is not bad but, it takes quite a while to scale and above all, it is triggered ONLY by hard cc (Airborne, Forced Action, Stasis, Stun, Suppression, Suspension). Tanky/juggernaut champions with soft cc (Blind, Disarm, Ground, Nearsight, Root/Snare, Silence, Slow) will not be able to use it.
Don't get me wrong, i believe it's fair for pure tanks with hard cc to have a specific keystone that allows to survive more in a teamfight. But, lets not forget that juggernauts/semi-tanks to require survivability in a teamfight, long enough to dish out some damage. Taking into account that you just gave adc's/assassins more damage tools and ways to build themselves in a beefy way for higher teamfight sustain, i don't see how they can expect to survive at all in a full scale 5v5 clash.
Please, then, remake the ENTIRE resolve tree! Give us MORE %hp and %Armor/Mr options. You want to be tanky? Fine but, you have to sacrifice damage for it. On top of that, give some extra MELEE vs RANGED lane survivability that also scales during late game pre-teamfight poking, not something useless like 8 armor/mr near towers. Give soemthing substantial. Allow slow,immobile tanks and juggernauts to finally operate normally in late game teamfights. These guys are the only ones standing between the reworked bloodthirsty assassins and the squishy adc.
