rito is hitting the wrong part of draven's kit

draven's passive has been toxic ever since it was changed, now its going to be even more toxic. your support ks's and you die 1 for 1? you're pretty much fucked now since you lost almost all of your stacks, and geting a kill isn't as beneficial as it was. draven is falling out of the meta already, but now youre nerfing him after the bruiser meta (where he was good) had ended. fun xd. make it even more tilting to be camped by the enemy jungler.
maybe you could nerf one of these things:

his q mana costs his base mana regen (so he cant spam his q and idiots who cant catch axes are punished more) his q cooldown item 3812 (broken item, still ignored by riot)

This is what Riot always does. If a champs Q is broken they'll nerf their W,E and ult instead.

They try to preserve strengths while making their weaknesses much more evident and punishing. However, not sure if Draven's weakness is dying...

That passive really is a disgrace and should never have become a thing, it's just pure feast or famin. They should go back to the a version of the old passive and retune him. A stacking up dot on crits and Qs(evt 2 stacks on Q-crits) with like 10 max stacks and therefor less damage on Q. This would backload some of his damage and reward consistent catching of the axes for stacking up the dot rather than haveing so much harras/burst with just 1-2 AAs. It would also mean that less off his overall damage works with lifesteal.

Yeah not sure what they're thinking with that nerf but If it makes it to live Draven is kinda done for.

As a Draven one trick I don't like this nerf. I agree with you totally, Draven revolves around getting stacks, getting a kill, and then snowballing. At the moment if you die, don't get a kill, or support/someone else ks's you then you become weak, but you can comeback since you only lose half your stacks. If they make it so you lose a lot or most of your stacks I feel like that would really hurt Draven. Junglers already camp Draven to let him not cash in, but now if they camp and kill him you are going to be useless. It is a tank meta we need ad carrys to be good and Draven is really good early and just ok late game. We need Draven to snowball early to make up for late game.

All in all I hope this dosent make him really weak.
