New Rune and Mastery System

I'm not much for complaining about in game systems, but the new rune system seems to favor some champions while screwing over others. Like screwing them really bad. For example, Singed has lost the ability to do... anything in laning phase due to no more Courage of the Colossus shields, which was so crucial and synergized so well with him. But, that was left out of the game. To put it bluntly, I think they should revert the changes or at least add more runes for those forgotten champions.
