Miss Fortune Crit Changes

I think Miss Fortune is in a totally fine spot right now and definitely doesn't need buffs (she has the third highest ADC winrate) but if Riot wants to move her away from Youmuu's/BC/Duskblade build I think one thing they could do is revert a change that they put in when she was reworked during the Bilgewater event last year.

Double Up (Q)

On-kill bonus bounce damage is no longer classified as a critical strike.

Having it count as a critical strike made rushing IE feel way better because you'd seriously amp your Q bounce damage and with the current ER rush you'd just get a bit more mana sustain in lane.

tl dr: Make MF's Q on-kill bounce damage count as a critical strike again

Thoughts? Idk if Riot even wants to move MF away from the Armor Pen build but I figured I'd throw this out there.

...should somebody say specifically on her wiki page that IE doesn't work with her Q? I made this mistake.

Yeah her wiki still mentioned that the second hit counts as a critical strike so I can see where you'd be confused. I just changed it to match the definition on the official League champion profile for her.
