Helping Kindred fit their thematic

At the moment, Lamb's Respite helps to give Kindred teamfighting relevance (and to provide utility if Kindred falls behind). Why? That isn't part of the character's fantasy. Kindred is supposed to be the "twin essences of death" that can hunt down targets Marked for death, but nothing in their kit directly helps them hunt and kill marked targets more than it helps them hunt and kill any target, marked or not.

Proposed Ultimate:

The Chase - Single target ability that after casting on an enemy champion creates a zone beneath them (could look like and last as long as current ultimate) that causes Lamb's autos to do slightly more damage to them (increased further against Marked targets) when they are in that zone. If the enemy champion leaves the zone, you can reactivate The Chase to cause Wolf to switch places with Lamb, gaining a large movespeed bonus when moving towards the enemy champion. While as Wolf you can cast Mounting Dread (with possibly increased range?) to dash to the enemy champion, briefly going untargetable during the dash and dealing the same damage as Mounting Dread (also increased against Marked targets) and causing Lamb to reappear at her max auto range from the struck champion (like Kalista ult/Quinn vault).

This helps Kindred fulfill their fantasy of hunting down targets marked for death (giving them tools to come back when behind), better aligns with the lore of Lamb's Arrow vs Wolf's Teeth, and makes Kindred a much better duelist (as the embodiment of death should be). It gives Kindred a situational defensive tool (untargetable during dash and free distancing from enemy champion) to somewhat compensate for the 4 seconds of invulnerability being lost and makes grouping and teamfighting a much better way of dealing with them.

Yeah, I really don't understand that ultimate. She blesses the ground and ensures players standing on that spot do not die. Sounds like something Kayle should have as her ultimate instead.
