they only took then off the PBE to make some changes for the next time they put them on the PBE.

They want people to try them, use them and abuse them before they appear on live so we don't have another league of cleavers/warmogs.

The changes are happening but what were were shown was anything but final.

They just took it off now to begin the process of transferring PBE to live
