Any good flashy non cancerous champs?
Been looking to pick up someone new, I play Top/Mid but jungle works too. Is there anyone who's flashy, has a relatively high skill cap and would be worth me learning and can be played in higher Elo as well?

top laners typically have lower skill caps as they're targeted abilities usually, so its just understanding kill ranges and whos stronger than who and when to go in. but they would most likely be
can be pretty flashy and hes pretty balanced atm
