Champs worth playing and practicing?

Hey guys, just got back into League after quitting last summer, after coming back I’ve noticed that a lot of things have changed and people that I used to play for nerfed or changed and so I was hoping you guys could shed some light and recommend me someone to play. I shall like flashy, clutch, and fun champs that take skill to properly pull off. Lane or role doesn’t really matter to me, good kill potential as well as utility is also something that I would like.

P.S :The champion having dope skins wouldn’t hurt either. :)
