I think Grevious Wounds is too strong...

There are champs that have more than 50% of their kit shut down by this one effect alone...

I know that it has to be strong to lower power of these champs but can atleast the duration of it can be lowered slightly, since currently...

- Applies Grievous Wounds for 3 seconds. - Applies Grievous Wounds for 3 seconds. - Applies Grievous Wounds for 5 seconds.

It would be nice if it was set to 2.5 seconds for all the items or something, let me know what you think and how you would like to have it changed if at all.

They should make GW a final-item-only purchase like with item 3165 . item 3123 is one of the biggest offenders to sustain toplaners Aatrox Tryndamere DrMundo Vladimir and to a lesser extent Warwick Swain Renekton Darius Chogath Akali Nasus Fiora . Either they should remove GW off of executioner's and give it a new passive/stats, or make Executioner's behave like the old item 3165 only affecting them when below a certain HP % threshold. Even then, that still screws the aforementioned toplaners over who rely on their sustain. Having to invest more gold for GW that hard-counters certain champions is imo the right way to go. In fact, I wouldn't mind if they removed GW from EXE altogether, it adds more power to champ kits that provide GW like Varus E.

item 3076 I will make an exception as it should be a defensive item for tanks and not for bruisers/divers

Yeah I agree, I also forgot to mention item 3076 and the other champions who rely on sustain. Thanks for pointing this out better than me, I appreciate it.
