Irelia needs a nerf (BADLY)

I personally have lost all my games I have played against her, unless someone was knowingly new to her. She does way to much damage and I've seen her 1v5 multiple times (and win) before 20 minutes, she is "the snowball champ" Tired of this and it makes the game not much fun when no one on your team even the tanks like Darius or Renekton can beat her, once she gets lane advantage (or sheen)

I think she has way to much to her kit compared to other champs, you literally cannot run away from her even with mobi-boots, and her damage is stupid beyond words not to mention she has a stun that literally seals your fate.

Some champs do counter her but even the ones that do have a hard time fighting her. I realize it's about skill but some of the stuff I seer Irelia players pulling is flat out bullshit. I have never met someone in league say she isn't overpowered even the players who play her agree with me. (only asked a few)

All I'm saying is she needs a nerf and a hard one just to balance her out, they did this with Darius because he was the same way, it still is hard to kill him but now players have a chance to even kill him.

Oh my God...Learn to lane properly. Not long ago I got fed as Kayle vs a Yasuo who claimed Kayle was OP or I countered him or some shit, yet he had no clue how to lane. He didn't take into account level advantages, item advantages. He didn't think about freezing or slow pushing or any of that. All he knew how to do was when I was close all-in and die. That's literally all he did until I was 5-0. I was winning but mad at the same time because I knew there is a chance this noob would end up on my team in the future and feed a Leblanc or something. I'm really fuckin tired of getting these people that have no common sense in the laning phase and feed all to fuck.

I'm Bronze, just like you and I also played a fucktonne of Irelia and I'm telling you, you're most likely doing something wrong because a lot of times I get bullied hard, especially by champions like Jax, Fiora, Nasus and that cancer Garen. I can't speak for high elo where she might actually be broken but a Bronze Irelia is nothing to be scared of.

I see you play a lot of Fiora. You shouldn't be losing to Irelia. Fiora's damage is even more bullshit than her's. I'm gonna take a stab in the dark here and say that you're probably not csing much. Your last 4 games I see you get an average of 80 CS by 25 minutes. That's terrible mate. You'd lose to Soraka top with CS that bad. Aim for 80 CS by 10 minutes though most games you would get around 60 which is ok too. With 60 you're still farming better than 80% of the people below B3. If you can get 90-100 by 15 minutes, you would wreck anyone in B4.

She's only strong against non-tanks. Even an underfed irelia can 100-0 a midlane mage/adc easily and in short time given she has the proper items.

Another thing I forgot to add:

A very important thing I learned is that champions in lane get a huge powerspike when they complete their 1st item. What you want to do as Fiora is farm as best as you could and rush whatever it is Fiora players rush(I don't play her so I don't know), if its Hydra or Cleaver of whatever. If Irelia is giving you trouble, try this: Play passively. Your aim is to get as much CS as possible and finish your 1st big item before she finished Trinity. If at some point you come back to lane with say a completed Hydra and she doesn't have Trinity or any complete items yet, go in on her. 90% of Bronze players especially in B5-B4 don't understand item advantages, they will try to fight and they will die. You got a kill and you get to farm-up even more ahead of them.

I'm curious Larendunj; what do you play? Champion and role wise?

EDIT: Nevermind. Seems you play Fiora. You should be able to win the fight as Fiora pretty easily. If you learn when to time your skill that basically nullifies ALL INCOMING ATTACKS/CC within the short activation window that it has then you basically win the fight. Irelia is strongly dependent on her W active and her Stun. If you see her W is active, do not engage her and disengage if possible. As soon as the W goes out, go in on her and block/avoid her stun. You'll win the engage easily.

This is a coaching video on mid lane, but it teaches you basic thought processes and itemization. For laning phase, look at 3:15 - 15 minutes.

She kinda does need to do less damage. She scales too well with just triforce and then going straight tank from there. she can stick to an ADC and pretty much eliminate them even in teamfights when behind, which I find really ridiculous.

Irelia does NOT need nerfs. Do you remember seeing Irelia as a pick/ban toplaner the patch BEFORE Trinity Force got nerfed? Are we gonna nerf Hecarim because I don't remember seeing him AT ALL before Trinity Force nerfs. If you just nerf like this you won't be any better than when Riot nerfs a champion because an item is broken, nerfs the item, then doesn't buff the champion back up. Thinking like this is toxic.

I agree. The (+1.2 AD) ratio on Q made her shit. Needs reversal to (+1.0 AD). Also a removal of stun will be appreciated. But with the removal of the stun, she needs scaling of W, something like (+0.05 AD)
