Trolling/Toxic Players Galore

Can we deal with this already, I'm tired of being stuck in bronze and silver because trolls have to make that impossible. Before, gold was troll heaven, now bronze is.

Last season I carried myself out of bronze and into silver and almost to gold, but then teams started to fail and I was put back into bronze and climbed back out, but then fell to B2. But it is now damn near impossible to do so, trolls and toxic players have truly ruined this game for me.

I just had a game where a master Yi was jungling, but when his champ was banned he took ADC from our ADC and took her champion, then fed 8 kills to the enemy ADC.

There are multiple people who have this issue, I know I'm not the only one.

I know some really good players who have not been able to make it out of bronze or silver now, I have a diamond friend who is stuck in silver 4 because of trolls.

I'm not trying to act like i'm a god at this game, I'm not I need practice with all of my champs, I need better map awareness and positioning. But I am pretty tired of people who think they are good at the game so they insult you repeatedly because you got ganked four billion times.

I played in norms for months to even be considered good in any respect.

Can we please start banning trolls and toxic players from ranked, can this please be a report option, so Riot can ban these people temporarily from ranked.
