How about having all champions available to play in normals? (not ranked)

Hear me out. So lets be honest it takes months to get a 6300 b/e champion even if you win a lot and knowing how champions work is key to winning matchups. Playing them is the best way to really learn cooldowns/details. I figure it will help player developement creating more exciting games in all elos. I mean especially if you really wanna climb like people in high elo that play only 1-2 champs and need to know every matchup. Or maybe just a bigger champion pool rotation in normals? They can leave purchasing champs for ranked the way it is now with less free champion shards. I mean half the time i get ones i already own and end up getting 90 be for it. Kinda weak.

I cant explain why this is being downvoted, but I can imagine this would mean riot would lose a bit of money considering people DO still buy champs with RP. and buying them JUST for ranked seems kinda redundant, meaning you have to spend money to climb. but id have to ask, if all champs were available, would the game be worth playing? (IE: the game would get boring because it would be like playing super Mario world, game beat, all levels unlocked/cleared, with all dragon coins)

While I understand your original notion, it doesn't take "months" to get a 6300 BE champion. The minimum pull is 860 BE, which is roughly 7.3 levels IF you only get the minimum BE pull per level. You can level up roughly once every 2 days if you play ~3-5 games a day, one of which is a win. You're looking at maybe a week and a half, 2 weeks at most to get a 6300 BE champ. I just bought Jhin after only having 120 BE 2 weeks ago.

Which, just FYI, is about how long it was taking to earn 6300 IP playing 5 games a day.
