Can we have a way to ping enemy ult cooldowns?

quickly letting the team know that an enemy ult is on cooldown is approximately as useful as pinging that their flash / other summoner has been used, and yet we don't have a way to ping their ult.

I think possible good placements of their (pingable, but otherwise nonfunctional; don't make it like buff timers) ult icon would be next to their icons on the hud or below their keystone on the scoreboard. I like the latter placement better, since the keystone also doesn't do anything other than tell you what it is.
