Maybe QSS could build into an AP item too?

Hello, my name is Jam Nuke, I am Gold V and play on NA.

Unless I have been living under a rock for this current patch, up until now the QSS just builds into one item, , which to my knowledge builds from a Quick Silver Sash and a BF Sword. This can deter AP casters to get the QSS and have to fall to options such as a or an .

Ok, I can accept that there may not be a massive need to make an AP item that uses the QSS but I think an extra alternative for AP's could make the game a little less scary for those AP's who are behind and very squishy to then suddenly get focused down by a Zed or a Malzahar.

Also I think with the fairly recent changes to the AP itemisation, I really think something could be done here.
