Minions stalking us?

Hey, my name is Jam Nuke

I am Gold V and play a lot of jungle, and especially, recently me and my friends have experienced something that is mainly prevalent in junglers, since they will be ganking.

So I don't know if this is just a bug, or if they have changed the way minions and vision work, but, for example, bot lane blue side tri brush, I come down to gank through that bush into lane, and manage to get a kill, I then walk out of lane, back to the tri brush to lose the minion agro, but, the minions seem to still follow me through the bush, right until my red buff on the blue side so I ended up having to kill it so the enemy wouldn't still have vision of me deep in the jungle, and before anyone asks, we had pinks in the bushes at the time too.

Can someone inform me if there is a change to the way minions follow people through jgl and brushes, or is it just a bug?

I think it's because the minion had vision of you, meaning you walked through a ward to gank meaning whoever you killed probably had no map awareness, but the minions, the minions have all the map awareness.

It could very well be a bug though, I've had minions follow me to the part in between wolves and blue before which I thought was a rather long trip for the little guys needless to say they never made it out of the jungle again.
