is abyssal scepter going to be the AP version of Black cleaver? or the counterpart of it for AP?

400 Health 60-70 AP 40 MR (instead of the CDR? or maybe 20-10% CDR instead?)

same shredding effect as of Black cleaver, except that this one procs upon receiving magic damage, and reduces MR (Same Value of Armor reduction)

i still have no idea what passive should it have, because i know for sure the Rage passive can't be applied here

just my opinion on abyssal, seeing how it's shelfed for alot of patches in the PBE.

Well... those stats would be absolutely broken. But i'm pretty sure it is going to be something like that. Although the ap would be drastically lower. Im pretty sure those changes are slated to preseason.

they're not as op as you think, it's just the counterpart of BC, offers pretty much an equal amount of things, and it is intended for the AP juggernauts.

though, i doubt they will remove the MR (which is the main reason this item is toxic)

you can only counter abyssal scepter with another abyssal scepter unless that gets changed

my only real Aim here is the AP juggernauts to have home in top lane.
