Why is botlane always either a hard int or hard carry?

Just from experience, nearly every single game my botlane either goes around 1/12 between both players or 9/2 between both players. is there a logical explanation to this or is this just coincidence? if you fall behind in botlane is it really that hard to comeback or at least go even? I NEVER see my botlane go even with the enemy botlane EVER. I think its sort of weird, tell me your opinion in the comments, I'd love to read them!

It’s because botlane is the most snowbally lane in the game. (Even though top laners would have you think otherwise)

One kill In botlane and it’s over. You’re now out of the game. They are going to kill you once, take two turret plates and then use their 770 gold lead off one kill to continue their snowball.

Because nobody ever lets botlane go even. If Bot is even then the jungler and mid get their ults at 6:30 to 8 minutes depending on how their lane/domain is doing and start looking to pick up 300g and drake priority or 300g and hunter stacks and tower plates. With 80% of the team spending time bot it's inevitable that someone misteps, gets caught, and dies, starting the snowball for one side or the other.

because bot lane snowballs faster than the other lanes due to 600g being on offer instead of 300g, and experience deficits hurt because you're already gaining exp slower due to being a duo lane. so yeah you die and it's a double whammy of a double whammy, ain't that a bitch. you die in a solo lane and it's a whammy, maybe a double whammy, but a double double? almost never.

Hey, my top lane vision score isn't that low :( But I guess consider it my fault because I greed for killing the jungler and I mess up sometimes... Bot lane is a duo lane and usually if one dies, the other dies too. Thats just how it is, gotta commit. Otherwise, you're letting your duo partner down if you just let them die easily. Gotta fight a little bit. Its either we're both running away or we're both fighting. Otherwise, the lane is just trading and farming. Bot lane is exciting lol.

Double the odds of a vegetable, hardest lane to gank.

top lane doesnt get love because bot is where all the gold and drag is at. Thing about it, one kill and now you can push tower and stack armor plates and then move on to dragon. Come back one more time and now you have a tower and the first tower, dragon control, and your bot lane is massive compared to theirs. Its the snowball lane

2v2 lane lol thats why bot lane is always so focused its almost always a double kill

It's due to most ADC players absolutely having no clue what there purpose in the game is. Most of them have literally no clue how to actually play the game even on a basic level. They are just right clickers with big egos.

ADC's are supposed to be the scaling role with a support that gets them through the laning phase. ADC's are THE WEAKEST class early game, but for some reason they simply do not understand this. How could they be the weakest class they literally have CARRY and DAMAGE in their class name right? They will cry and whine about a leona or nautilus 1v1ing them when it makes complete sense that those champions can 1v1 you.

It makes no logical sense but most botlanes will continue to try to 2v2 even when it is obvious that they will lose.

Support players picking enchanters and making adc lives infinitely harder doesn't help either.

Because its a 2v2 lane, its underleveled, and usually if one dies so does the other. Either trying to save, or trying to commit. Not to mention, Drakes. I mean a Fizz/Assassin/Syndra/whatever will have ult while botlane is still level 4. Junglers gank it, becuase its also the lane with the most help. And contrary to popular belief, you cant ward everything early game. And once you fall behind, you are a lane that generally scales off gold. So while your ADC barely lost that 2v2 all in, the enemy ADC comes back with a B.F. Sword and yours might have a cull, or some long swords, or if your lucky, a Pick Axe. So already you are basically unable to win trades without help, and the gold and drakes keep stacking.

The only good thing is its at least a lane you can reliably turn around if you actually go down there and kill it. A fed ADC is still incredibly squishy, and easily killable if you go gank it. Compared to say some top lane morde or vlad 2-4 levels above the jungler and completely unapproachable. So instead of raging about them, how about going down there and turning it around. It is so snowbally, that you could kill the enemy botlane nad possibly get a turret or a mass amount of plates no matter how fed they are; but your botlane will never be able to do it alone.

Its the mismatching of Match Making. Riot does not care WHERE good/bad players are placed only that the team have on paper even MMRs

This is why you also get Better jungler wins matches.

Lets hope Riot actually think about making good match making when they look at it this year.

i see no lies in this thread, adc has been a dead role for eons at this point so really the champions kinda stay under the radar and they scale with items and become op as fuck. also a carry or int bot kinda halfway depends on your supp so good supp=dom the bot

feels like bot lane is determined by which is the adc main with thousands of games experience vs autofill or secondary role adc.support main vs autofill etc.

because it requires teamwork.

bottom lane being a 2v2 situation means that when 1 player recalls it becomes a 1v2 or 2v1 situation. junglers make that even more likely that a player will die should they know how to engage.

remove gold from turret plates.

This is so because how much of a massive difference a lead of any kind can make in the current state of the game. Whoever dies first 95% of the time will go on to hard win the lane. Top lane is most susceptible to this, followed by bot lane.

This is why in top lane I completely yield the lane if I die first. For the remainder of the lane phase I will farm under tower. This is how I avoid going 0-5 in lane. Bot laners need to learn to do the same.
