Do you guys think Fiora suffera from the 'too much self-oriented skillcap'?

You know,The stuff people say about Yasuo and Riven,that when you kill her It feels like she outplayed herself,having no interractions and stuff.

They are gonna nerf her hp and stuff,but I just feel like she's gonna be very broken and unfun to play against If mastered.

I don't think she's gonna be just labeled as balance until we actually touch her kit,I mean It's pretty ridiculous she dosen't even need armor pen Imo.

But that's me,tell me what you think.
