alpha, beta, and early plays, I have a specific weird question.

Did early league prevent you from just putting all of your points into 1 ability? Like could you at level 5 max q as veigar and ignore your w and e. League limits your points by forcing you to get atleast 1 point into all of them. I saw from browsing the old forums that beta league did not have a surrender option so I am wondering if they did not have this feature either.

Started in S1, pretty sure it was same way as it is now, according to this youtube video from beta, corki is unable to put two points into his single ability at lvl2.
