Personal project to rework/modernize champion kits in need of attention. Fishing for ideas.

So I've started a personal project to rework/modernize the ability kits of champions in need of updates. I've already made quite a few, but Riot has recently taken steps to update a lot of champions which overlapped some of my own creations. In the spirit of updating the entire champion roster to be completely unique, fun, and viable, I'd like the community's ideas on which champions they feel need the most attention and why, including which parts you would undoubtedly keep as part of their identity. I'm not restricting the discussion to the kits alone -- you can talk about a champion's model/animations/etc. if you want.

As Riot has stated they already have updated kits locked in for Poppy and Taric, I would like to leave them out of the discussion. I would also like to disregard discussion about the champions currently on the PBE with updates (Darius, Garen, Skarner and Mordekaiser).
