What if Taric's W gave a shield to allies that are nearby when he activates it? So like, it effects both enemies and allies Enemies are damaged and lose armor Allies are given a shield

would this work?

but he doesnt when the ability is on cooldown i'm talking about giving them a shield when he activates it, and his allies are hit by it they lose the passive armor, but they gain a shield maybe based on taric's defenses

He does, even when it's on cooldown. He loses HIS passive armour boost when it is on cooldown.

It used to not give it, but one of his last mini-reworks that changed his W to give his allies a % of his total armor changed it to always give his allies a % of his total armor and only remove his own personal armor boost.

If they did that they'd probably have to take away his point and click cc, and then he'd suck

it goes away for the reason of balance. What if sivirs q was a global type of question. the game is already too tanky and this would make for some op stuff

Honestly, they need to visually update him first.

Q needs to be a vibrant green light since he uses the emerald on his shield, which should also be green, to heal his ally and/or himself.

W needs to be a bit more clear and more Diamond like since it's designed after Diamonds. It's the gem that's the strongest and hardest, hence why it gives armor and shatters armor when used.

E is Sapphire, one of the most dazzling gems that uses its ocean-like colors to cooooool off his enemies with its fabulous and hypnotic wonder.

R is when he makes a rainbow around him. He takes the power of all his gems and smashes his opponents in the FACE with it and then his gems radiate their power around him to give himself and his allies a boost in AP and AD.

Passive should be changed a bit and it should be the Ruby stone since it gives damage. With his passive up, his hammer of DOOM would glow a VIBRANT red, or at least a gem or two on it should glow red.

RITO, MAKE THIS HAPPEN NAO. These are all my own ideas that I've taken from his kit. It all seemed to make sense.
