why? i know you gave it a decent buff but this is just so bad.

Maybe because it's usually a late item and having to waste 3 inv spots on parts late game is impossible, so if people have enough gold for 2 rods, they don't have to settle for a wand since they don't have a slot for the tome.
Explain?
