Legit, I didnt think Riot could release something so stupid, and valve doesn't even have anything to test their releases but you do. How do you screw up this bad??? do you guys use the PBE????

honestly the R8 fiasco was still pretty fun. I changed my steam name to "R8 is gr8 I R8 it 8/8" for a week or so
PBE is used to test bugs more often than not, because the thing is a ghost town with very limited amount of players, it makes no sense to actually try and test balance there. It's usually just used to put new contents up ahead of official release and see if it would behave or be received (quality wise) badly on live servers that may need final moment fixes or polish; that's kinda it.
lmaoooooo the 2 days after Valve released the R8 were like the most fun times I have ever had playing video games
