can we change mordekaisers recommand build -> the starter item(aka support items ...just why)

so as a morde player, i always get frustrated, when i see some new people buy the support item since its "recommanded" -> they still havent changed his recommanded build , since what they did to him in season 5 , so in short

should the support item , be removed from the starter items, since morde goes solo lane now i dont see how it helps by far , you are far better off with ap, for a bigger shield, since they cant hurt you cause of the shield

Morde doesn't go solo lane. They made it very, very clear they still see him as a bot laner no matter how the community feels about it. The fact that the community refuses to play him in his intended role is not going to convince them to change his items.

nope , he was never ment to be an adc, i cant agree at all last season proved that, this season i go mid, and i can kill most mid laners,i dont need to rely on a support, and thats what makes morde, or made morde, the fact that he was called the iron wall when they made him it showed how much he relied on his q, and when he cant his q to hit he would rely on his w or e , and barely use the q. he is useless, so he would a leona , to stun them all the time for morde to get even close

i mean honestly , what would u like , never using your q ability in a lane were you get harassed to death , or a solo lane were you can atleast use it

in my opinion, and i state my opinion you are far better off, not depending on a champ , to even be able to damadge also bot lane is pretty much pure e spam, you barely use your q , unless you have a thresh, or leona or just any support that can get you close

The Slamurai isn't saying hes meant to be an ADC, he's saying Riot won't acknowledge him top lane or mid as anything but a niche build, even though Morde is literally unbalanceable bot.

well thats typical riot for you , they are like a bunch of lee sin with blindfolds :s only looking at what they like, but we are getting a new champ, so i shoudnt be complaining about that for now

Seriously, just read what he's saying, not just gloss over it. THEY, as in Riot Games, made it very clear they see him as a duo laner.

well i dont play on the pbe, so i cant dont much about the stuff that goes on pbe then again pbe is always on top of stuff, and we are late, so yeah i suppose if they did it on the pbe it would make sense

i know, but for starter players i mean they dont tend to follow a certain build, and go straight into the recommanded one

it may give them a wrong pov of his starters item sure people will make their own builds or look at pro's at one point

but i mean more early on, when you learn the champ, by playing him

yup exactly my point, thats why ^ they keep them same ones from last season, and in this season, they arent useful at all , for some champs atleast

the problem is that to have proper recommended items rito would be required to really understand their champions and how they play, which they dont.

for example, for shyvana jungle they recommend chilling smite, blade of the ruined king, wits end and frozen mallet. i wouldnt get any of that shit so why is it recommended? its not better or easier to use or anything, its just that rito doesnt know better. this means, as long as they dont know their champions perfectly, they cant recommend anything usefull anyways so even if they would update it, it would probably still be bullshit for the majority of champions.

you have a point there, but still a support item like really morde is a solo lane champ -> morde mains all the way not some stupid support, also his adc capabilities got nerfed, since he now needs a really good support to even get close and not get burst down , its not viable so riot did not cleanup from their last mess

and thats my point , it doesnt benefit morde at all , shyvana on the other site can benefit from those items morde gains in the end maybe a slight buff, but thats only when you get the face of the mountain you are better off getting a hextech, cheaper and gives you more ap -> a higher shield
