So if you go on that site it shows you that annie HAS THE HIGHEST WIN RATE IN TOP LANE TOP LANE how is this posible what happen to the tank meta and i also see taliyha in 5th place for highest win rate in top lane rito plz fix top lane xD

Champion winrate =/= Champion Strength

It's because she has such a small sample size of games top lane. When the few people who play her top start winning, the win rate goes up very quickly. Same story with urgot and galio.
