Ranked game dose not count but is in my match history

Hello so last night i was playing ranked and i started to get some lag but i was able to finish my game before NA servers went offline and i come back on tomorow it shows that i did not gain the lp from winning the match but it shows that it is in my match history this is realy fustrating i have not played ranked just yet waiting to see if it gets changed i was at at 82 lp should of went into my promos but still stuck at 82 lp my summoner name is Metamash look me up you will see it there as ranked btw i was playing ahir i have filled out a ticket 8 hours ago but no response so seeing if anyone has had this happen to them or has any advice
