Two 4-man Ganks Bottom. I'm playing middle or jungle. What do I do?
Do I keep pushing my lane? Let's say the standard is they get the two kills and back, how do I ensure my team gets the most pay out of it?

If you're capable of shoving the wave to tower with a single rotation, do it. Roam immediately afterwards though.
Roaming will either enable you to clean up after a dive or help them just in the nick of time. It's really important that you do something actively about a 4 man rotation like that. If you don't help stop them it's basically 4 people on the other team getting ahead and putting your bot lane behind while you remain average. You also need to defend their tower so they can continue to farm safely in the early stages of the game, and so that their bottom lane can't afford to roam to mid and make your life miserable. It's a huge net loss that you should try to avoid at all costs.
Lol, i love when this happens and I push mid as fast as possible and team cries that I wasnt there even though theres 15 minions at my tower.

I always get the tower if you can. Bot lane should be warded well enough that they see they coming. I don't see too many early 4v2 tower dives. They just probably won't be strong enough. So, they basically waste a trip bot. After you get mid tower, then you can start to roam.
But, I'm only a gold player so take my advice with a grain of salt.
Personally, if I'm bot and mid laner is already there there are two reasons - A. Should've followed when he roamed, but too late now, push the tower. B. If he went straight from base to bot, push that tower. C. You see him start to roam, follow him and keel him.
Follow your lane if you can.
Push your lane as hard as you can when they roam, especially if they're going to a lane where they're already ahead. If you follow to a lane where you're behind, you'll just add another death and put them farther ahead. If you push the tower and take it though, you'll farm yourself up and get turret gold.
