Azir is underpowered and in desperate need of buffs.

I played against azir and he did no damage at all. Heimerdinger oneshotted him with r+w when he tried to trade with him (heimer noob op champion btw) He did 18k damage with 4 items although he has AoE autoattacks (which dont do any damage at all btw lol xDD). his last nerfs ruined him, please revert them or buff his w+q.
