Pretty much that, if ppl bitched and circlejerked less about riven and actually bough her and played her a bit to learn her she wouldn't need to be constantly nerfed.
Riven has 2 states:
1.) Good when someone who knows her plays her and bad when someone inexperienced plays her. 2.) Good even for inexperienced players and absolutely broken for good players.
I greatly favour #1 over #2.
riven is a toxic champ that requires a rework. until then she will never be able to be strong again. either except that or gtfo.

there is not a single riven main below Plat... champ sure is balanced....if shes bad at pro lvl so be it and noone should cry if shes getting gutted so shes balanced in lower divisions at least.

Guess what? Bronze players are the playerbase. If this game wants to have the huge public it has, it HAS to be noobfriendly. You can't make a game for pros. I'm bronze, why should I be prevented from having fun like everybody else?
