PBE is no longer a testing server. Here's why:

First of all, PBE should be a TESTING SERVER, not a place where people play whatever fuck they want because they can buy the skins on their for very cheap. I can 100% guarantee you that players in the PBE would care less. As a regular tester in PBE, you still encounter the flamers, the toxic, the leavers, the afk'ers just as much as you would encounter them in live servers. Why is there a ranking system in PBE? Why? You're just asking for toxicity at this point. Second of all, why are all the servers been really shitty lately? You guys only have one "HQ" and it's stationed in Los Angeles. It's not like you have many stations to handle...how are we, the testers, supposed to test things if we can't even play. We know it's on Riot's end because everyone, not just one, feels the lag and tremendous fps drops. At times, I can't even boot up a customs game and play whatever Riot released. In this case, it's Galio and everyone is itching to play it. Sure there are some people who want to test Galio, but if you REALLY want to test something, you can just simply do it in a custom games against bot if you want some opponents.

TL;DR: Let's be honest...Riot doesn't hear our feedback from PBE because 99.99% of what Riot puts in PBE, goes into Live servers despite our feedback.
