Can you reset all ranks in the second split, thanks.

Ok, high elo players face a lot of problems, but no one cares about low elo, a huge playerbase is there, the real problem is that many players in low elo are either playing for fun, smurfing, boosting, and they give up easily so many times, the amount of games i have played 4v5 because of a first blood given to the enemy team, they just type "gg" in all chat and that is it.. Also, i am not saying i deserve a higher elo, i know i have a lot of room to improve but how can you improve when your current skillgroup is so mixed.. After winning 6 games in the row, not only my MMR didn't improve as i got promoted, but i got a Bronze 4 player in my team with a 35%winrate.. This is a joke, you added two new ranks, well, i am fine with that, but please, please, next split reset ranked completely, everyone starts from the beggining.. I find it stupid that in EUW with a fresh account i got to Gold 3 with no problem at all and in EUNE i try my best to stay in Silver..
