Akali went from hero to zero.. She was fine before her rework, there are other champions that they need update to fit the current LoL champion design(Pantheon, Veigar, Annie) however you decided to rework my waifu and then you completely nerf her so he is useless, she can die easily, her abilities cost a lot, huge cooldowns, no healing for sustain.. lmao
Sylas needs to hit a champion to get his heal, it's not a lot of healing unless he's low, forces him to stay in melee range, and he's a mana-based champion.
Significant self-healing that can be done from total safety that doesn't even need you to engage a player will always be unhealthy on an energy-based champion.
I think akali healing should be similar to sylas: if her Q hits a champion, she can heal.
Syla's W is still advantageous because it's a point and click, while Akali's Q you actually have to aim.

For Akali to heal like Sylas would be to have her Heal only on her E and only if she takes it back to the target
