One's a squishy, one's a tank.

What kind of question is this.

Pros: Yasuo- -Resourceless -Larger wall -Blocks from all angles -Blocks all damage -Destroys all projectiles that come in contact -Lasts Longer at lower ranks by 0.75 -Wall still stands if yasuo dies -Cool down starts when you use the ability

Braum- -Shorter CoolDown(By 8 sec At max rank) -Can Be moved during the time he has it up -Gains Movement speed -Lasts longer by a whole 0.25 at max rank

Cons: Yasuo- -Needs to play around windwall to make it effective -Larger cool down by 8 seconds (at any rank)

Braum- -Intercepts projectiles and doesn't 'Block' with the exception of the first projectile. -Takes damage but a %. But if its true damage, then you're gonna get 100 of that true damage. (with the exception of the first projectile) -Costs mana, and more with more ranks -Only Blocks projectiles IF the wall is facing the direction of the projectile. (this causes very janky situations where if 2 adcs are sharing the same space as you are. and only sometimes the projectiles till get blocked. -If braum dies, the wall dies. -Runnans kinda blows Braum up. -Shield only goes on cooldown when you Put down the shield.

from the wiki

[The damage reduction will affect any source of damage whose origin is in front of the shield. This includes... All intercepted projectiles. Melee and non-projectile-based ranged attacks. Instantaneous skillshots (Final Spark, Lifeform Disintegration Ray, etc.) Instantaneously-placed ground-targeted abilities (Lay Waste, Rupture, etc.) relative to the ability's center and not the caster's Point-blank areas-of-effect (Tantrum, Time Bomb not targeted at Braum, etc.)]

in other word braum shield will also be effective vs things that windwall is useless agains such as vel ultimate or trynda as a whole along the side of the ability to move of course

Yasuo is one of those champions that is only op during laning (like Illaoi, IMO) - like frustratingly so. That being said, that shield is garbage during team fights tbh. As much as I hate the shield, I think it’s fine - although, Yasuo’s kit is waaaaaay overloaded (just look at that stupid-strong passive)

Braum's able to move, Yasuo's windwall is stationary.

Braum's shield works less and less as more damage comes into it - the main reduction is the first projectile intercepted.

Yasuo's windwall just blocks everything that is a projectile from one area for four seconds at all ranks. His shield is actually what he just needs to move around to gain, which goes up to 510 HP and refreshes on ult cast. But you see, there are so many Yasuo fans in the balance team that it'll never be fixed - its like having Bill Belichik as the NFL Commissioner and investigating the New England Patriots - Do you really think that'd be a fair deal? The problem is anybody who is a fan of, or a hater of, a champion should have NO SAY regarding them period.

I’ll just leave this here to fuel the fire

Braum advantages

  • can physically move his shield, thus allowing him to more easily position it
  • Has a shorter cooldown
  • Movespeed buff

Yasuo advantages

  • blocks 100% of all damage, not just reducing it
  • Completely consumes skillshots (things like jinx rocket wont explode for example)
  • Lasts longer
  • gets bigger as he ranks it up
  • provides instant protection from all sides on immediate cast
  • Blocks projectile CC
  • No cost
