Low risk high reward character with basicly fake skillshots. Still some timings to get, but he's overall easy to pick up and to get results with.

As a hard ornn player ( or ex, now i have a break from lol cuz of obvious reasons), i can tell you Ornn is not low risk high reward. Or a lazy laner. You have no clue how hard is to play this champ after the constant nerfs he received. And let's not mention LCS.

Ornn should still have his W cc imunity, coz it allows skill expression, but he should also have his %hp damage cut in half, he's still a pretty stupid character, and I've played him a fair amount before and after nerfs, he has some difficult matchup,s but it's mostly against characters even more stupid than him DrMundo Irelia Darius maybe ?
