Talon feels asolutely terrible to play

I know this is probably an unpopular opinion but as a former talon enthusiast Talon feels so terrible and clunky compared to before. The pre 6.23 talon felt so damn smooth and fun when you got his combo off but the new one feels like a genuine pain in the ass to get he combo. When you get it can feels satisfying but it is still feels way too clunky. For one his w is horrible compared to what it was. It gets a low "yay" but it is now so easy to avoid you can do a dance and walk away unscathed. Then there is the fact it gets no reduction in cool down with levelling. What the fuck is with that.The delay just makes his once smooth and quick combo feel extremely sluggish and very sloppy. Another thing is, is it just me or does the ultimate also have a delay?

Now, with his old combo you could gap close in with your e, rake and use your double ult for a quick and clean combo. Now it feels so damn slow to pull off. You either gap close with your q's shit range (compared to his old gap closer) but sacrifice a large portion of damage, only to use your rake and because the delay is so fucking long, they will probably dodge it and bam, another portion of damage gone. Then you ult but it feels like you can't do the old double tap to deal a large amount of damage. Now, to me anyways, you press it but now have to wait another short delay period before you can use it again. I have been killed so many times because of this when I could have easily killed them as the old talon.

I'm sorry but the new Talon compared to the old one, at least for me, feels extremely sloppy, clunky and unpolished. It feels as if you based or your hopes on his gimmick of an e which he can't even fully utilize half the time due to the delay on the w and poor range on his q.
