Isn't it enough that he builds tanky, essentially has two health bars, heals for an ungodly amount of damage that he's taken, can relocate ANY champion around the field as he sees fit, and does incredible damage with his passive on his ult? Riot, you have to do something about this...I'm so tired of you ignoring this.

Just a lot less damage would be what he needs. Already has enough utility. The damage is there for top lane tahm's viability, but i dont really see a way to make it so support tahm has a lot less damage while retaining the viability of tahm top.
It's also his cooldowns, at max level his Q is a 4 second cooldown I believe. This is a 60% fucking slow on a 4 second cd? Thanks rito. why, rito, why
I think there are two ways that you can go about fixing him. Either change his survivability or his damage. If you want to change his survivability make it so that his w regens 10/20/30/40/50% of grey health and the active gives him a shield of double that value. it makes the heal stronger late game, but it makes him max the ability to get all the benefit from it. If you want to nerf his damage, then the ult and the E are clear candidates for it. Lower the ult bonus damage from 4/6/8 to 4/5/6, or lower the base damage on the W. As tahm is indeed slow and has no mobility, I think his Q is fine, BUT if you HAD to nerf it, nerf the slow duration.

THey nerfed his range, and he's already slow enough. I think hes fine.
Just revert the numerous buffs he got post-release and he will be fine.
I just want to point out that this is a stat focused version of thresh... like seriously they are about on par in terms of power, the difference being that tahm gets tons of free stats and still has a decent amount of utility. And thresh is raw utility... so you can probably expect a tahm nerf when they decide to implement a long long long over due nerf to thresh.
He's strong at TOP if you don't know how to play against him, and please, he can get a kill here and there but he's not a carry type. He will be annoying as hell and tank for days, but Tahm won't be doing any pentas.
If he uses his W for minion clear, it's a safe oportunity to trade with him since he can't do much if his W is on CD, and if he uses the Q/W combo, he's more vulnerable since he can't stun you either, so that's a free ticket to harass him.
He also gets countered really hard by 
lol, a well placed blind will make you rage if you are playing Tahm. :P
Always build QS against him. If he goes to eat you then you can QS out of him, negate the damage part of it and trade with him while he has to build up stacks again.

BAN HIM the more bans, means riot will see that he needs to be looked at.
Kench has a pretty sizable nerf coming soon to his W for allied champions. He will only get a mov speed increase with ally in mouth if he is running toward and enemy NOT when he is running away from enemy champs. I had a feeling that his W would get a nerf somewhere.

Many years ago, I remember someone making this exact same argument on Soraka and did an incredible amount of math behind it. At the time, Soraka was the most numerically bonkers champion that existed, and yet she was awful. While I don't normally call you out on it, If you are having to plow through two separate hp bars (A champion who specializes in soaking damage and protecting allies) then you are very clearly doing something wrong in getting him out of the way. I have had 0 issues doing this as a support, assassin, jungler or whatever. Ignoring "this" is presuming that Riot is a single entity that reads everything. There's what......maybe 1000 people on the boards that visit regularly? 5000? There are millions of people who play this daily, more than some nations have people. I'm just tired of seeing balance threads of people who pick a theme for the day and bandwagon it, then presume that it's a huge pressing concern, regardless of the fact that an incredibly tiny (>.1%) amount of the player base who even looks here.
So, SHOW me numbers, SHOW me your research, SHOW me that this isn't a whiny complaint and I will give this more thought. Tahm's a one trick pony, and you can push him away if you are clever.

I hate Tahm Ult. No one ever jumps into me when I use it. It's just a mini teleport for me at this point. Can you please change the ult, riot? Preferably to some big CC move like Nautilus has? That would be fun. Cheers.

I remember @ end game the combo spit out move he has dealt 860ish(1 hit not in total the combo) dmg when he only had about 160AP, it blew my mind, and i only specifically remember this because i had 550ish AP as 
and my E was 'only' doing 760dmg on avg...cause i was like 'check out my dmg...o wait nvm'. Tanks craziliy, deals dmg crazily and has a global ult that he can use with a team mate..... and his tongue has a stupid long range coupled with its missile speed makes it so hard to dodge

He is very strong indeed. The thing I dislike the most is that - beside his base damage, crazy slows, adc safety option, double health bar... - he has a sort of Braum stun in his Q at full stacks. I can live the all the rest, no problem, but the stun above all the rest seems a bit much.

Just kitte him. Tahm is my main top and I enjoy him as support sometimes but he suffers horribly against ranged matchups. More so than others. Also all you need to do is stay behind minnions and dodge his q.
He is also so reliant on his w in fights if he is top. When his w is down that is a good time to engage or get some trade.
His laning isn't the best if his opponent has any wave clear. It's easy to get stuck under tower.
Kench as a top laner is balanced, he doesn't bring a ton of damage or CC, but he bring enough while being insanely tanky.
As a support, his durability is a wee too high, since he only needs a single point into his E to double his health bar.
The rest of his kit is fine, but E being such a strong one point wonder, compared to most support 1 point wonders, tips him over.
Changing it to say 75% of health converts into grey health and giving an equal ratio buff to the regeneration (so he only loses shield value), or other tweaks to make his shield less powerful without putting points into it.
The mere fact that he can top/jungle says it all. He does massive amounts of damage and has a large amount of utility. It would be like if braum could hit 400 with stand behind me somehow.
