And you fuckin' suck at balancing a champ - Rework is not synonymous with overtuned. It's like you went from this "everything has to have stupid amounts of mobility" phase, and rolled right into "everything has to have true damage" bullshit.

Yep, he's definitely broken. All Garen mains who say you can still counter him are definitely telling lies, and not actually being able to easily defeat him in both the lane phase and after.

A learn to play argument definitely doesn't fit here.
