What do I do when I win lane but the rest of my team just ends up feeding

Someone please answer this fucking question. I just have to take the loss? I just need to sit back and say "I played well, but there goes another 20 MMR!" Please don't give me bullshit answers like "You can solo carry if you're good enough" Because you honestly can't with some of the tards I've played with.

Also, when your jungler goes 0/5 early game and you call him out on it, and the whole team reports you for being toxic even though this is a competitive game and I'm in RANKED, you know that this game is aimed towards people under 12 years of age.

This game is 10% fun, 10% time waster, 80% pure bullshit and rage.

EDIT: Here's the game that made me type this wall of bullshit. https://s3.imgbomb.com/gsaUA.png

I win early game, going 3/1 in lane (With my only death being from a gank by jungler AND mid lane) and the rest of my team just feeds their hearts out. This is honest bullshit and I still lose 19 damn LP.

dont say anything telling him hes not doing well does not give him the power to do well. Second sometimes there is nothing you can do but there are times you can carry but if you are winning lane try and go to the other lanes and help them like if your mid and kill him 5 times dont sit mid and farm take tower and dont stop going bot or top push the wave and roam. If there is nothing you can do then you have to take the loss and just try to learn what you can have done better in lane if you died or maybe you could have warded better. Also if you are doing so well your farm should be a lot better the 1-13 yas had about the same as you.

I know how you feel D:

Well, in case you ACTUALLY wanted a well thought out response:

  1. Don't be a keyboard warrior: AKA, don't bother "calling people out" or yelling at people because they had/are having a bad game. It certainly doesn't help them play better telling them that they are not doing well. They already know it (or should know it).

  2. Try to encourage them to do things differently. Don't be like, "STOP DYING NOOB!" but rather suggest a different course of action. "Hey, bot is losing pretty bad, but Im currently winning my lane, instead of going bot where they are super ahead, come top and help me extend my lead a bit." (Im a top lane main, and this happens a lot, I feel ya) or to the bot lane: "Try to play stupid safe, and put down some defensive wards. They are very ahead, try to just farm and catch up. Hopefully we can win some fights once we group."

As far as how to win the game? Its tough to say because its a team game. Even if it is POSSIBLE, a lot of times its very unlikely. Raging only increases the odds of losing though. The best thing you can do (at least if you are top lane, not sure what you play)

  1. Push your lead super hard and try to draw pressure away from your teammates. This can allow them to have breathing room and possibly get more farm/items. Encourage them to try and push for objectives when the enemy rotates on you. Make sure you ward so they can see this early enough to react. If the entire enemy team is missing, (aka not visible on your map) then you can't expect them to just push. They are behind and need to be safe. If they all suddenly appear and kill you, they had no time to react to them being on the map away from them. So wards wards and more wards.

  2. If you have TP, try to make plays around the map with it. Try to pick situations that are favorable of course, where you have a numbers advantage at least. Don't TP to try and save your losing teammates. If they are under tower and half health against fed lane opponents, you probably will just get killed, or they will if they follow up on your engage. Unless of course you are certain you can win that fight. Then do it. :P

  3. If you don't have TP, try to make plays by roaming. Push your wave so that its building up and pushing in your favor, then roam. Counter jungle, gank, and most importantly, Lay Down Your Wards. Vision will help everyone make better decisions. Encourage all of your teammates (not just the support) to lay down wards. Trinkets are free, but everyone should try to buy at least 1 pink. You make more gold if you are alive. Fact. That 75 gold is totally worth. Always.

I hope this can be helpful to you and that your future games go smoother. I have a lot of games like the ones you describe. Most of them I lose. I have, however, won a few as well. Remember that enemy teams can throw JUST AS HARD as yours can. Just because your team started throwing first doesn't mean the enemy team won't throw second or harder than you did. Good luck on the rift.

you can't win every game but don't try to pretend like there is low elo hell and that you 'get bad teammates every game' because there isn't and no you don't.

i can climb from bronze to platinum playing the stupidest shit. examples being rammus top lane, yi mid, yasuo adc, etc.

Let's analyze this game for a second

There was an Illaoi support, that alone is a little bit of a red flag that maybe this was just one of the games you won't win, we all have those.

Now...if you are ahead as a top Lanier but the rest of the map is behind, it's your job to help them get ahead. Find a chance to roam mid, to bot, invade the jungle, find ways to press your lead and help it bleed over to the rest of your team.

QQ on boards and get downvoted, that's what you should do

Here's the easy answer, you queue up for another game. Sometimes you do good and your team doesn't. And sometimes you do bad and your team does good. Shit happens. Everyone experiences it. So just chin up and push on.

Like Twisted Fate says, "It's the luck of the draw". Sometimes you and the teammates you pair up just doesn't click, sometimes certain people just aren't as good as the enemy team, and sometimes people just have bad games/days. League is just like those p2w rng games, except in the sense of what teammates you get.

"Someone please answer this fucking question."

  • Umm, I don't think you meant for that to be a sexual innuendo but okay I had my fun.

"Please don't give me bullshit answers like "You can solo carry if you're good enough" Because you honestly can't with some of the tards I've played with."

  • Actually you can, I just carried a game from support. My team was told to play "Protect the 12/2/17 Lux".

"Also, when your jungler goes 0/5 early game and you call him out on it"

  • Aggressive chat, reportable.

"and the whole team reports you for being toxic"

  • As they should, you harassed your jungler.

"even though this is a competitive game and I'm in RANKED"

  • Congratulations you hit level 30, still not allowed to be a dick.

"you know that this game is aimed towards people under 12 years of age."

"This game is 10% fun, 10% time waster, 80% pure bullshit and rage."

  • Actually it's 10% Mute Button, 10% Report Button, and 80% Moving on.

"This is honest bullshit and I still lose 19 damn LP."

  • LP loss is based on MMR, if your MMR is higher than where you are supposed to be it only drops by about 5 to 10, if your too low it drops by 20 to 30. This is called balance.
