Tone down the juggernauts

So as riot already said Skarner is really strong but this isnt a hate thread. I like how he is coming back into meta but this is about a different champ. Every game Garen just rushes black cleaver and wins lane. He just builds tank and still chunks the team. So can we tone down his E just a little bit? Everything else is fine in my opinion its just you cant do damage to him while he just shreds your whole team with E. Its a little bit overtoned in my opinion. Just a little touch up would be great. <3

I almost want Riot to nerf Garen, my main, into the ground just so people will stop the QQ train. Please, either learn how to beat him before giving your opinion of his state of balance or please shut up.

You make him sound like he should have a 100% win rate with your post, which he clearly doesn't.

darius is looking at buffs. no changes for morde mentioned. garen gets an ms nerf and a nerf to the ms bonus on his q (imo theyre overdoing it again by double nerfing his mobility), skarner gets pretty much all around nerfs because hes at over 60% winrate right now.

otherwise, ive just seen a tristana with the villain mark sit in garens spin and auto attack him without the attempt to kite. if plays like this are what causes his win rate at the moment, then fuck it and just let these people deal with it. either they can ban him or deseve to get murdered playing like this.
