I just found the easiest way to balance every champion without changing their abilities or anything

How about we just everyone's overall health from level 1-18 the same.

Let me explain, At the level 18 EVERY champion should end up with the same health, for example Garen and Ashe at level 18 should both have 2000 health or 1500 or 1750 (without items) and if garen wants to build damage he will not end up with 3 times Ashe's health so what this is doing is essentially fixing the fact that some tanks can build straight ad and still be tanks while one shot-ing adcs or mid lanes and even other tanks. so if you're a "tank champion" then you build health and that so that you don't die because you don't build health and build damage you will end up with the same hp and everyone else who doesnt build health.

i don't know how to put this into words so im gonna make an example again, If a tank champions wants to build damage instead of tank then he cant depend on his scaling hp anymore to give him the hp advantage while doing the same damage as and adc, so what this is doing is making champions lose their role, so certain champions so scale higher than others.

Every champion scales the same while focusing on what they want to build. another example, lux and draven should scale the same ad and if draven wants more ad he should build ad items while lux if she wants ap she should build ap items. bad example but its better comparing tanks to adc because it makes the examples clearer. Imagine draven and rammus have the same ad and health and armor by level 18 and everything else the same (without items), now if rammus wants armor he will will build armor , if he wants health and armor he will build health and armor.

I think doing this will make the players think more about what they are gonna buy and how its gonna affect their game play and again if a tank wants health he doesn't get it from the scaling he has to go out and actually build health items. If a bruiser wants to be tanky while doing damage, he doesn't have that health scaling advantage over adcs or mid laners but the adcs and mid laners don't have that scaling ad advantage either, he can build more to his liking this way so if hes more focused on health he will build 4 health items and 2 dmg items. if hes more focused on damage he can build more dmg items but if he wants to stay a bruiser then he will need to build health items to have that health that the scaling would have given him. Sorry don't know how to put this into tldr words so you're just gonna have to read it. :/

So are we nerfing Melee champions to the stats of the squishy ranged champions or are we buffing range champions to that of melees. Either way that is just gonna make this whole melee vs ranged thing worst as melee characters rely on their stats more than ranged to be effective.
