I will 1v1 you for gold or silver division if i lose i get put in bronze 5 till next season and if i win i get a silver or gold promotion. hows it sound to ya?

Your skill level isn't dependent on your performance in a single game, let alone a single lane matchup. There are way more mechanics involved than pubstomping your lane, and for that reason, even if you did win a 1v1, it wouldn't be indicative of you actually reaching a higher skill bracket. The best way to prove yourself is to improve different aspects of your mechanics and climb the ladder.
