Nasus isn't a tank.
Also, this information can be misleading, if sej is bashing on Nasus the whole game then yeah her damage numbers are gonna be high even if she's not doing much.
But realistically, what happened here is that sej got really fed and unkillable and basically just ran down the enemy team and killed them. Yeah, that's literally going to happen to any champion that gets fed enough. Just be glad it wasn't a Rengar or something that got all of those kills in the first place.
