Do you think Hextech Gunblade is OP?

I think the base damage is a little high for an item you can get so quickly, but eh.. niche item really that only 3-4 people build.

My problem is the fact it gives a slow, getting hit by it with a akali running at you is a death sentance, and the fact all of Akalis abilities are guarentee hits, if shes fed, gg health bar.

This might seem cheap, but it is essential in my hybrid teemo build which looks like: . Also it is a part of some of my other builds like with Kai'Sa or Kog'Maw. It might be broken but hybrid builds depend on it so I would advise riot to be careful if they nerf it.
