Mordekaiser is so broken right now

I was recently playing against a new "Botlane Hybrid-Carry " and was blown away by how much damage and sustain he now has. Not even bringing into account the fucking dragon he can take control of. I know the idea is to be able to ult the adc while playing bot and getting a big advantage, but his play-style is just so simplistic right now . He can hit minions twice with his q, then deal straight up 1000 damage at level 5 with only a or . 1000 damage may be a bit of a hyperbole, but it still stands that he does way too much! Not to mention the fact that he gets a shield for some of the stupid amount of damage dealt. At level 6 he is an unstoppable force. Playing against in a blind pick is impossible, unless you pick a super long range poke comp and stay under turret the whole laning phase. Please, Rito gods, have mercy on our souls, before takes them away...
