Is locket of the Iron Solari going to get fixed this coming pre-season?

I play almost nothing but Mage characters in ranked. But lately have noticed that Locket of the Iron Solari's aura and Maw of Malmortious's shield is making my life extremely difficult. There is always a Nami at the heart of the enemy team with a Locket or a Zed with a Maw that I cannot kill. These items make playing mages almost not even worth it, especially late game. I know that Maw of Malmortious is getting fixed in the assassin update and Riot Meddler hinted at possible changes back in september coming to The Locket of the Iron Solari with pre-season. Has any changes to Locket of the Iron Solari been confirmed?
