Possible Galio dragon solo?
With the dragon fireball now counting as a spell, will Galio's MR builds let him solo dragon with the AP boost and the fireball dmage reduction.

...just because it's a spell doesn't mean it has to deal magic damage.

Could he solo dragon at some point? I'm sure he could eventually, but not early. Galio soloing dragon would be more a factor of Bulwark than anything else. But early game, the heal is small enough and the cooldown long enough that he wouldn't be able to sustain through it. With enough AP and probably a Spirit Visage? It might take longer to finish it off than others would, but he could get through it and keep himself pretty well topped-off on HP.
I think it steal deals phys damage. Though now I wanna check.
I don't believe Galio will ever be able to solo dragon. His shield heals based on number of hits, NOT of the damage of the ability. Dragon hits hard and not at a particularly fast rate, meaning while galio will get some sustain from it, he won't get nearly enough.
