Really, it isn't. I play lane bully top Sion and I keep the other guy from farming or I kill him. Now if they counter you or are beating you, ask your jungle for help, or find a way to wiggle out of the situation. I was playing Sion and at 40 mins i had about 1000 bonus health. This happens qutie often for me so i don't see why there are so many complaints.

TheHowester1 votesI think people complain about the w passive because it takes a good deal amount of farming just to be on par with other tanks, due to his lower than average base health. Also there's just too much %hp damage that makes his hard worked farming seem useless.
