Is Zeke's worth using on anyone other than the adc

20% of 700 AP is 140 AP.

That's not underwhelming at all, actually.

Also, now more than ever it is wasteful to use it on the ADC, because half the time they have close to 90% crit anyway, so bonding with them will only give them about 10% (maybe 20%) crit later on when you actually have a Zeke's.
