Yasuo rework idea

Here's my idea of a Yasuo rework to address his balance issues and making him a little less annoying to deal with. Instead of giving him new abilities I rearranged some things.

-- (Passive) Way of the Wanderer

INTENT: Yasuo receives 5/10/20% less physical and magic damage (damage reduction to replace his shield).

RESOLVE: Yasuo can't get critical chance through itemization, instead he gains 1 Flow stack passively for every 59 / 52 / 46 (numbers may vary) units he travels capped at 100 stacks. Striking enemy champions with a basic attack consumes all current Flow stacks and grants him a (1% per 1 flow stack consumed) chance to deal critical damage. If a 100 stacks are consumed at once the next basic attack deals 10/25/50% extra damage. Yasuo can't gain flow stacks for the next 10/5/2 seconds (static CD) after consuming them.

-- (Q) Steel Tempest

Cooldown: 6

FIRST CAST: Yasuo thrusts his sword forward creating a gust of wind in a line, dealing 「20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100」 (+ 100% AD) physical damage to all enemies in a line (applies on hit effects) and marking them.

SECOND CAST: Yasuo thrusts his sword again dealing the same damage but this time reduces the target's armor by 5/10/15/25/% (scaling per level?) for the next 1/2/3/4/5 (scaling per ability level) seconds if they have been marked.

-- (W) Wind Wall

RANGE: 400 COOLDOWN: 26 / 24 / 22 / 20 / 18 WALL WIDTH: 300 / 350 / 400 / 450 / 500

ACTIVE: Yasuo creates a gust of wind that travels forward to form a wall in front of him. The wall stays for 5 seconds reducing all enemy projectiles damage by 10/20/30/40/50%. Turret shots deal full damage.

-- (E) Sweeping Blade

Cooldown 15/13/12/10/8 (tentative)

ACTIVE: Yasuo dashes a fixed distance in the direction of the target enemy, dealing 「70 / 90 / 110 / 130 / 150 」 (+ 60% AP) magic damage to the target. If it kills an enemy the ability is put on a 0.5 second cooldown. It it hits an enemy champion Yasuo gains full flow stacks.

-- (R) Last Breath

Cooldown 90 seconds (100?)

ACTIVE: Yasuo imbues his sword with wind, gaining 「10/30/50」bonus AD (may vary) and giving him the ability to use Gathering Storm for the next 10 seconds.

Gathering Storm: The next 3 casts Yasuo unleashes a whirlwind that travels and extended distance dealing 100/200/300 (+ 100% AD) physical damage and knocking enemies up. Enemies affected by the knockup are inmune to it for the next 6 seconds and take 25% less damage on each next cast. (Works like Irelia ult).
