Had a duo jungle last game. Support and jungle had pretty much the same name and they banned out mine and another team members picks. The support never even walked bot lane let alone try to help. The orn walked around Inting all game. Also bought a cinderhulk and sunfire cape. After inting to the yasuo all game they held me hostage in game declining ff. This should be fuckin punishable. But nah I'll probably just get a chat restriction for "flaming". While the actual trolls get to continue this bullshit

That is not banable. Riot had a weeks or months long discussion internally about "alternative strategies". They came to the conclusion, that as long as someone tries to win with his strategy, their action is not banable. If you can show that they obviously did not try to win the game, than that would be banable.
